Professional Experience:

Richard’s practice focuses on assisting clients with real property matters, estate planning and administration of trusts and estates. He regularly represents fiduciaries in ancillary administration of Florida estates for out-of-state decedents. Additionally, he handles a wide variety of real estate transactions. Richard is an agent for a number of title insurance underwriters including First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title, Westcor and The Fund.

Richard is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northwest Florida and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.

Richard is a frequent lecturer in the areas of his practice including Continuing Legal Education presentations. He has recently authored articles in local legal publications and previously served as an adjunct professor at Pensacola State College in legal studies.

Richard is a Florida Bar board certified specialist in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
