R. Todd Harris is a partner with McDonald Fleming, and has been with the firm since 2003. He served as the firm’s managing partner from 2010 to 2012.
Todd received the AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2011, the highest rating possible given by his peer In 2012, he was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to be a commissioner on the first Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission and currently serves as its Chairman. In this role he works with fellow commissioner to provide the Governor with nominees to fill judicial vacancies. Todd’s civil litigation practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial litigation, construction litigation, creditor’s rights, and employment litigation. Todd also maintains an active practice representing clients in a variety of administrative issues before local government boards, including land use and zoning issues.
