Good lawyers aren't cheap and cheap lawyers aren't good. Like tattoos! From my initial call with Donna, to my consultation with Mark, was completely satisfied. Mark is a straight shooter and didn't mince words. Feel really good about the advice given and would gladly recommend anyone to him.

Hired Attorney Mark A. Bednar

I hired Mr. Bednar last week for a case involving an HOA. He immediately started on my case and has called me at least 3 times with updates. He called to discuss his plan for my case. Then he called to let me know it had been filed. He called to explain next steps and see if I have any questions. I am finally able to sleep without worrying!

I had a dicey real estate issue with a family member- NEVER a good thing! Mark and his staff worked with me to clear up what could have potentially costs me thousands of dollars. He was patient with his explanations and advice & I felt very confident with his advice. His fee was fair & his service was beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for advice/assistance with a real estate issue. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I would 100% contact his firm.

When my father passed I had no idea what to do. I called to make an appointment and his secretary put me straight through to him. He answered all my questions and had me at ease about the situation within a few minutes over the phone, free. I didn't think those kind of Attorneys existed anymore!

I trusted Mark in the beginning because he said he could "easily" do what I needed in the time frame that I needed it to be done no problem...... That turned out not to be the case at all. First thing was to not even start on the case for 4 months (after I already paid cash) till I emailed to see how it was going.??? He had done nothing to get the case started. Also didn't pursue what I said that I wanted him to do instead went a direction that wasn't necessary to to get what I needed done causing the time limit to expire that was clearly made known to him.. he talked a great game but didn't produce the needed results and kept making excuses for his lack of what he said he could do. I was so disappointed in Mark because I really believed he would come through for me with what I needed. Puts a very bad taste in my mouth and now I need to find someone that will do more than TELL me they can do what I need and get me RESULTS in a timely manner. Cliff

Hired Law Firm

A promise is everything it does nothing to get it done. Says he's going to do this, says he's going to get that but does not put any motions in to get anything started. When it comes to communication we have to call him just to get a secretary and then nothing. Quality of service is a joke all your pay for it to hear and talk. Not worth the money as far as the value for the money he gets nothing done. I recommend finding a different attorney.
