My first case using this firm was about three years ago. I have used them several different times since then and always find them ready to help. Very professional and the willingness to go the extra mile makes them worth the money.
Terrible experience. $25K wasted for a lack luster outcome. I spend 30 minutes on each call rehashing out the same outdated information instead of what was being done. I asked how we would make arguments or bring up points for my case and…. silence. If you want to pay for a divorce decree and don’t care about the outcome, use this firm.
Terrible experience, attorney decided to withdraw 5 minutes prior to a scheduled mediation. This particular situation could have been handled with more compassion and respect to the clients requests. She did not delve into the case whatsoever - after referring to evidence given it was apparent she had not gone through the details to the clients case. She basically files for you Charges an arm and a leg and drops you prior to your trial, I do not recommend her to anyone.
I’d like to make this very detailed to save you from this firms ridiculous ways but I’ll keep it short. I lost $6k going back and forth trying to get more custody of my children. Multiple lawyers from their firm contradicted each others directions costing more $$$. The end result was a loss of money and my retainer was held ransom. Next case was a simple contempt case against my ex. The back and forth costed roughly $3k and I couldn’t keep feeding $$$ to there machine for something I don’t think they could make happen. There fees are over the top. The charge flat fees for documentation prep and they’re using a standard template and adapting it you your case. bottom line is if you use them be prepared to have really deep pockets and final take away is “ I told you so”.
