I used Mr. Taylor to prepare my estate planning documents, with no problems. But recently I had a question about the documents and tried to contact his office. I left 3-4 voicemails with his assistant and the office admin person, put to date have received no response. I finally moved on to another source for answers to my questions. Very disappointed in the lack of communication once I paid for his services and the original documents were completed.
