Our child was victim of a very serious accident. The family doctor was unsure of what the future held physically or mentaly so we made the decision to take steps through insurance to ensure our child would not have financial hardships in the future. The insurance company was very unprofessional and had poor knowledge of how to handle the case. As parents we were too emotionally affected to communicate properly with the insurance company on behalf of our young child so we requested Terrence handle the communications and research the case. He was monumental from the start, educating the companies agents and attorneys on how properly to address the case. Terrence fought for our child purely with facts and we avoided filing any suits.
