Glenn’s practice focuses primarily on assisting clients to comply with various health law regulations. His health law practice includes providing guidance on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), the “Stark” law, the “Anti-kickback” statute, Medicare, Medicaid, and relevant portions of the federal and state False Claims Acts.
Prior to joining Clark, Partington, Hart, Larry, Bond & Stackhouse, Glenn attended The Florida State University College of Law where he earned his law degree, with honors. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief for the Florida State University Law Review, Volume 40, and received the journal’s Citation of Honor. Glenn gained valuable experience during his externship with Chief Judge M. Casey Rodgers of the United States District Court, North District of Florida. Glenn earned book awards (highest grade in the class) for both Property and Local Government Law, and was honored as the College of Law’s Outstanding Local Government Law School Student by The City, County and Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar. Glenn was also a founding member of Law Partners, a student organization focused on fostering healthy family relationships while pursuing a legal career. Glenn graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science, magna cum laude, from The Florida State University, where he double majored in History and Political Science. He was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi, Golden Key, History, and Political Science Honor Societies.
Glenn has spent nearly twenty years living in Northwest Florida. He has a loving, supportive wife and a beautiful son.
