Hired Attorney

Mr. Leuchtman is a highly professional attorney with the patience to fully explain even complex legal issues in an understandable manner, and a determination to fully satisfy the client's requirements. He handled all aspects of a complex estate with a large number of beneficiaries, all residing outside the Pensacola area, and during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which complicated communication and interaction. He and his very capable and efficient staff managed the entire process smoothly, with a minimum of stress and administrative burden. His activities involved not only handling routine probate matters, but also negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution with a protesting claimant. I was in frequent contact with the office by phone, e-mail, and occasional in-person meetings, and every request I made or issue I brought up was attended to promptly and correctly. I hope never to have that job again, but if I do, Mr. Leuchtman would be my first phone call.
