Hired Attorney Gregory Farrar

Mr. Farrar was amazing. He treated my family as if we were his own. My son could not have had anyone that cared more about him than Mr. Farrar and his staff. They worked hard and kept in constant communication with me so that I never had to worry about what our next step was to be. Tha l you to this team...they are dedicated and hardworking...the knowledge amongst this group is bar none the best ..and if they don't know it they find it.

Hired Attorney Gregory Farrar

I went to the Farrar Law firm October of 2019 for a modification of child support. The consultation was free. I paid $1600 up front to hire him. This was just to start the process. I was informed I had to pay the remainder $900 ($2500 total) for them to even start doing any paperwork or anything. After paying that, all the paperwork wasn’t completed and mediation wasn’t even scheduled until April 2020. Thanks to covid mediation was pushed back till end of May 2020. After mediation ended, I paid an additional $1,500 & nothing was completed as far as getting paperwork to a judge or my child support updated until November 2020 & that was after countless emails and phone calls to the office which majority went unanswered. After keeping in touch with this law firm to make sure things were getting done, i was charged an additional $500 for emails I sent & them responding to my emails along with them sending paperwork to complete the process. This firm & lawyers communication & fees suck!

Hired Attorney Gregory Farrar

Mr. Farrar took me on as a client knowing that I did not make much money, guaranteeing that he would go after my husband in court for his fees. Instead, he dropped me as a client after I payed him $1,000 and placed a lien on my divorce, leaving me to finish my divorce with no legal representation.

We regret that you feel that you were not completely happy with our firm. It is completely up to the Judge whether to award fees. The 1000.00 paid was part of a payment plan not the entire retainer as stated in our engagement letter.
