For the past decade, Attorney Brandon Morris has almost exclusively practiced criminal defense. Throughout this time, he has acquired a superior understanding of criminal law and the rules of criminal procedure by aggressively litigating thousands of criminal cases ranging from capital felonies to second-degree misdemeanors.
As a result of his extensive trial experience, Brandon has developed an exceptional understanding of both the rules of evidence and trial procedure. Brandon and his firms have litigated a number of high-profile criminal cases including that of FSU defensive end Chris Casher in the Jameis Winston sexual assault case.
In addition to Brandon's experience as a criminal defense lawyer, he has experience with family law, mass torts, and product liability litigation, which he acquired from the highly esteemed personal injury attorneys of Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC (AWKO).
Brandon Morris was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Northern District of Florida Federal Bar. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida and a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
