Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Braden Ball does a great job for my clients. As a Realtor, I need someone I trust to work with my buyers and sellers. Mr. Ball takes the time to explain the details to my first time home buyers to make sure they understand everything. If the buyer or seller has good understanding of what is going on, he takes time to get to know them as people. If there is a challenge that needs to be dealt with, Mr. Ball handles it quickly, professionally, and communicates every step of the way. Cannot say enough great things about Braden Ball!
I have worked with Braden for the last 13 years in Homeowner Association related matters and he has always gone above and beyond to ensure our interests are always taken care of and all monies received that are owed. He is always very responsive and extremely knowledgeable on any Association questions that I have had.
Mr. Ball has represented our condo association for many years. He is very knowledgeable of community association law and has always provided us with timely solid legal advice. I would highly recommend him and his firm.
Braden Ball was hired in the aftermath of Ivan by the condominium at which I am an owner . I have been on the Board of Directors for the last 7 years. During those years, he has provided us with solid, legal expertise. For the past 2 years, I have served as President of the Board. I have relied on Braden Ball's advice to guide us through the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. He has been quick to response and advised us in a reliable professional matter. He has demonstrated knowledge of Florida law related to condominiums. His insight into situations have made be better able to make more informed decisions in governing our Association.
I’ve worked with Braden for several years now, both as a client and referring my clients to him. He has always been responsive, honest and helpful. In delicate matters Braden has always been tactful and provided options that are feasible. I would and do highly recommend him.
he was not responsive to questions and phone calls. he never provided an itemized bill for the services provided. he took four years to complete the probate process.
All he does is run up attorney fees. Wish I would of never hired him. I have paid $15,000 so far, and have yet to see one thing he has done to benefit my case.
