Aaron T. McCurdy is a partner with McDonald Fleming. Aaron is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated Preeminent attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. He has experience defending insurance carriers, third party administrators (TPAs), self-insureds, the state of Florida, county agencies, and professional employer organizations (PEOs). Prior to joining McDonald Fleming, Aaron represented clients in general liability claims, employment claims, insurance defense, as well as workers' compensation and other business-related matters.
He also serves as an Attorney Ad Litem for children in dependency cases in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties and as a judge for Santa Rosa County Teen Court.
In his time away from work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, daughters, and son; volunteering; and enjoying the beautiful area his family calls home.
