Mr. Armstrong's focus on workers' rights became evident as he immersed himself in employment law courses.
Early in his legal journey, Mr. Armstrong joined Pond Lehocky as a law clerk, undertaking responsibilities such as crafting hearing briefs and conducting legal research. Following his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, he transitioned to the role of associate at Pond Lehocky in October 2018. Subsequently, his focus shifted to workers' compensation litigation, where he actively participated in hearings, mediations, and depositions on behalf of injured workers.
Currently, Mr. Armstrong is a pivotal member of the firm's Resolution Department Chair, dedicating his efforts to workers' compensation settlements and negotiations. Regularly attending mediations, settlement hearings, and leveraging his negotiation skills, he takes pride in contributing to securing thousands of settlements for injured workers.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Mr. Armstrong resides in Marlton, New Jersey, with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Isla.
