Exceedingly disappointed in attorney's attention to detail and communication. Thankfully the legal task they were hired to handle was not high-stakes. One would assume a law firm would have an attorney review paperwork before having it recorded. Another legal firm is now engaged to do the task correctly.
Jennifer Currin represented me in family law and was my attorney for several years. From the beginning, we had to do all the work for her, but still charges full hourly rates. I was told from the beginning, I would never retain custody of my children, but because of all the work I put in, I was able to get sole custody. She knew I was depressed and felt bad for me, so she would call to check in on me. To my surprise, the phone call was on my statement from her and I was charged for her checking in. I was drug back into court by my ex wife, and was told again that there was no way I would get custody back. She constantly called my current wife and would say awful things about me to my wife, but acted like she was on my side to my face. She tried to get me to agree to things, saying the judge had made her decision already, all before court took place. I retained a new attorney, who is saying the opposite of what Jennifer said.
