Mr Owens is a terrible lawyer we had him in my dad's estate because my dad had him and bryces dad write his will. My y0unest sister contested things and it was drug out for over 5 years Mr owrns made basic mistakes in filing financial statements for the estate When we had a question on things that came up he would tell us now was not a good time to follow up on anything through out 5 years. He actually told me that he thought we should settle costing us $ 20, 000. When we had done nothing wrong and after hiring a accountant who verified that all money was accounted he still would not defend my older sister and me in court. Eventually he told us both that he could not take the stress it was making him sick but wouldn't quit. We talked about decided that hiring a new lawyer would cost to much. Which was our mistake When we were accused on the stand of stealing he never objected or said anything it was like he was afraid of the other lawyer Finally after 5 years we got it settled
