Alyssa did a good job with my divorce. However, when I hired her to represent me when my ex had another baby and amended my child support, that’s when she failed. I specifically asked Alyssa while I was divorcing if my support would be affected in any way if my ex husband were to have another child, her exact response was “No”. When I found out later that wasn’t true, I reminded her of what she told me previously. There was no apology, no explanation, no accountability of any kind. I find this to be completely unacceptable from a seasoned professional that I just paid a retainer fee for. I lost all respect and trust for this woman who is also head of the local Bar Association.
