Elizabeth helped my family resolve complex family matters with compassion, strength and honesty. She guided us through the world of law which was completely foreign to us. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer!
Ms. White was hired by my family as a conservator. She quickly became a predator and has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars breaking a trust that was set up just to stop exactly what she was doing. She has continually attacked the family of her client throwing accusations without any truth making a care giving family into a greedy dangerous family in front of a court. When asked for how she was to invest millions of dollars she claimed to have people for that. This is a true red flag. She has sided with unscrupulous family members that have misappropriated hundreds of thousands of dollars, the reason she was hired. She has devastated our family unit and left a trail of broken hearts and has profited quite nicely for this pain. She has continually represented financial figures in court that do not bear out in reality. I have known Ms. White for over three years and she is a nightmare of epic proportions spending our inheritance on legal challenges to our access to mom.
Attorney White has been my 93-year-old mother's Norfolk County Probate & Family Law appointed guardian and conservator for 3 1/2 years. Immediately, she was spewing half-truths about all manner of subjects, refusing disclosure of the fate of over $500,000 cash and participating in the unlawful removal of my mother from her home. She joined with two estranged and predatory sisters for my mother's estate and home. In all she is an attorney without scruples, honor and competency.
