Hired Attorney

Mr. Chaplin informed me of my rights in the State of Iowa for divorce. I had been divorced before in the State of Texas and found that the rights differed somewhat. He told me what I was entitled to in the divorce and I declined some of those rights. He also told me that the Judge may come back and ask me why I declined the 50% financial entitlement I was entitled to in the State of Iowa. That did not happen.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
