Hired Attorney Kirk Bode

Was more of a "rubber stamp" kind-of-lawyer. Did not take a sincere interest in my case. Only looked at my input and information on Court days. Treated me like a number, not a person.

mr bode has a great number of years experience the problem is how he uses it.Kiki used it to sell me out I feel that he was looking out more for my ex wife than me.I lost my home because of kirk making nearly impossible for me to keep it hired his paralegels close friends to sell it wouldn t even fight for my retirement.I don t know if he s to busy or what but I feel betrayed and sold out. the sad thing is I know he s a better lawyer than that now I have to find another recourse to try to save

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
