Critical: Lack of Quality, Responsiveness, Will not engage in court. I tried to give this attorney the benefit of the doubt for eight months. His inaction and lack of ability to engage (in my personal opinion) in court was unexpected and actually quite amazing. It appeared to me that he was siding with opposing council. After court I had people actually pull me aside, unsolicited, and tell me how wrong they felt my attorney had done me. The case is not over yet, but I have severed my relationship with this firm and am seeking someone that will at least close their eyes and swing the bat one time.
