Throughout the course of my case, I encountered significant communication challenges. There were extended delays in responses, and at times, I felt left in the dark during critical moments of the legal process. Sometimes, there was not even a response. One example, I retained Rayner on October 8th and sent an email in November, 30 days later, as I had not heard anything regarding my case. Additionally, there were multiple changes in her support staff, three different legal aides during my time as a client, which contributed to the lack of continuity and follow-through. There were also moments when certain suggestions made by the attorney raised ethical concerns. Most notably, my case was dismissed due to a preventable technicality, a required document was not submitted properly, an oversight that led to a dismissal and extension of the process. I ultimately had to let her go and hired a different attorney.
