We had no idea who Mr Welsh was we just had a horrific tragedy in our family his partner was actually found in family members phone. Got a referral and called his office 3 times, secretary stated each time that he would call me back. After a week of trying and losing valuable time, I gave up and months later still no response. He should learn to get on the phone and let potential clients know that he can’t get to a simple yes or no
