Real Estate transaction expert who knows what needs to happen, who is suppose to do it, and when - Mark has represented me for 15m in transactions across 12 deals and 3 states over the last 5 years. He takes the time to read your contracts protecting your interests throughout the transaction while being demanding of the other players. - I am appreciative to have found trustworthy council in Mark that's allowed me to focus on my deals rather than play lawyer.
We had no idea who Mr Welsh was we just had a horrific tragedy in our family his partner was actually found in family members phone. Mr Welch seemed to have his own group of people from the appraiser that was extremely low. To his friend the realtor. When he would say someone he knows will do this or that job I would do my own homework and my price would be less then 1/2 of his. When I would ask for receipts for the estate I would get attitude One I’m particular situation i mentioned he said oh no your not getting they are Well when were you going to tell us? I said please you work for us please fight it He said NO I said what? No? Long story short that was Friday by Monday new lawyer and we ended up with that That he told me I knew nothing about Very shady things went on between lawyers of other party and I feel dishonesty was a big factor I would never ever recommend Mr We
Got a referral and called his office 3 times, secretary stated each time that he would call me back. After a week of trying and losing valuable time, I gave up and months later still no response. He should learn to get on the phone and let potential clients know that he can’t get to a simple yes or no
