Mr. Marian won an award in civil case against the State of RI and the Clerk of Court Providence for repeatedly arresting my husband for a fine he paid. He was a terminally ill man and was not able to take his medication each time they put him in jail. He even started carrying the receipt for the paid fine to no avail. My husband passed away before the judgement was made. He is a good responsible man seeking justice for those who are disheartened by the behavior of the court clerk and the police.
