Brian went to great lengths to work a near miracle twice in a matter of a couple of months. I averted a foreclosure auction twice thanks to Brian, efforts which came right down the the wire and literally saved the day. Brian went more than the extra mile to turn a bad situation into a good one. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Mr. Knotek helped us fight a long battle over a purchase of a new hot tub that was purchased off the show room floor. We got it home and it leaked from day one. The owners were very difficult to deal with and after a year of battling with the owners we hired Brian and he helped us get the matter solved! He was always on time and even came to our house in the freezing cold when they did the tub inspection and he stayed the entire time with us outside.
In my opinion dealing with many tier 1 and 2 attorneys, Mr. Knotek takes whatever business he can get. Representation is below average at best. High priced with little or no knowledge in the contractual field of a breach. I could not recommend him for any contractual matters.
He does not complete the job hes hired to do. He does not respond to emails, phone calls or texts. When you call him out on his non-responsiveness he drops you as a client. He cost me my share of a 50% pension of my ex-husband.
