The first lawyer I talked to said 6 grand and there is a 60?percent chance of going to jail when I went to Robert gallucio he said 1500 and 20 to 30 percent chance going to jail that tells me he is more confident and I found out he is well known and respected in Passaic county in the legal community lawyers judges prosecutors my maximum I was facing was 15 years he got most charges thrown out I got probation I would highly recommend him

Hired Attorney

The communication, or lack thereof, by Galluccio was unprofessional, a misrepresentation of handling with regard to my case and not what one should expect from an attorney/client relationship. Galluccio showed up to court nearly 2 hours late without notice to me or the court by him or his office. When I questioned his dedication he responded in court and quite arrogantly, "I've got other cases in other courts. It's not just you sweetie." I'd NEVER recommend Robert Galluccio to anyone!
