The Law Offices of Robert W. Dapelo, Esq., PC is a family law practice in Patchogue, New York. Robert Dapelo has earned his reputation as a talented litigator and negotiator, first as an assistant district attorney for Kings County before he founded his family law practice in 1997. Since then he has represented clients in divorce, child custody disputes, child support and other matters. In his spare time he hosts the Long Island News Radio weekly program “Divorce Course.” With his more than 25 years of experience, Robert Dapelo offers clients a depth and range of knowledge in family law that sets him apart from opposing counsel, giving his clients a distinct advantage in settlement conferences and in the courtroom. Bob is a great attorney, he got me full custody of my 3 kids! Bob has my ex-wife paying child support & I got to keep my house!

I was going through a very nasty divorce and Bob helped me get full custody, child support, and I kept the house. He's an excellent attorney. I highly recommend him.

Bob was an excellent attorney. He got my child support payments reduced when every other attorney said that it was not possible. He always replied to my phone calls with in the same day and he was the most reasonably priced attorney I could find.

They take your money without doing any job, claims for opening a file you pay fees to them without representation....
And the staff there are unpleasant.
