Would not recommend this “lawyer” to anyone who is in need of one.This lady likes to make up false allegations and keep elderly people with Alzheimer’s and dementia away from their family members for no legal reason at all when she needs her family the most.
Not sure how the judges eventoleratethiswoman in thecourtroom. Extremely unorganized to start, never had the correct documentation for the case. Not to mention, obnoxious, unprofessional, loud, so embarrassing. She lies and causes scenes every chance she gets. She should lose her job quite honestly. Steer clear of this tornado.
Peggy Foy Unprofessional: 1. Peggy stopped talking to me as the client. She rarely replied to text, calls or emails from me and chose to only speak to my dad concerning my case as her client. When my dad asked to see personal information of mine she then proceeded to say he is not the client and she couldn’t let him see information pertaining to the case when she had been speaking to him all along. 2. Spoke loudly in the court halls concerning false sex abuse of my child naming my dad. She was not confidential and absurdly loud in the hall releasing information of false claims to lawyers and other by standers while speaking to me. Pretty embarrassing! A Liar: 1. Expressed that we didn’t have another court date and that it was in our best interest to sign an unfair stipulation. We went into the court and spoke with the clerk just to find out that we had another case Dec 23rd that was scheduled. We didn’t know about this.
