Molly M. Wilson is an associate attorney handling healthcare and corporate transactions. Molly advises clients on managed care issues, including compliance with the Knox-Keene Act, and drafting and revising managed care contracts. She also handles legal issues pertaining to HIPAA, ERISA compliance, and healthcare reform.
