As a probate and estate planning attorney at Frame & Frame, I assist families through the often complex and emotional process of opening and settling estates, creating inventories, validating wills, appointing personal representatives, and ensuring assets are distributed according to the decedent’s wishes and Maryland law. My experience also includes guardianship proceedings, helping families protect and support loved ones who require court-appointed assistance.
Building on this foundation in probate and guardianship, I developed a deep commitment to taking the weight off people’s shoulders through proactive planning. I now focus extensively on estate planning, working closely with individuals and families to create comprehensive strategies—including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives—that protect assets, minimize taxes, avoid probate where appropriate, and provide clear direction for the future.
My goal is always to give clients peace of mind by preparing for life’s uncertainties and safeguarding what matters most to them and their loved ones. This dual focus on probate administration and estate planning allows me to guide clients through both the planning and the execution phases of life’s most significant transitions. Whether helping families navigate the probate process after a loss or designing thoughtful estate plans to prevent future complications, I find deep fulfillment in delivering practical, compassionate legal support that truly lightens the burden during difficult times and secures families’ futures.
My path began during law school, where an internship with the Department of Social Services in Baltimore and subsequent experience as a contract paralegal with the U.S. Attorney’s Office clarified my desire to practice law in a way that directly helps people. Early exposure to the personal side of the law at Frame & Frame reinforced my passion for areas where legal guidance has a profound, lasting impact on individuals and families.
