Sylvia Panosian is an attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents clients in general liability, employment, and business litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Panosian has practiced civil litigation in a range of issues, including gender violence, sexual harassment, assault battery, whistleblower, disability, age, race, gender, and sexual orientation discrimination, as well as wage and hour violations for individual wage cases and PAGA actions. Ms. Panosian is experienced in seeing civil cases through the litigation process, from intake to resolution, including motion practice, all phases of discovery, trial preparation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. Ms. Panosian has litigated extensively for labor and employment and tort liability cases. Ms. Panosian received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she served as President of the Saturday Academy of Law (2013 - 2015) and Chaired the Global Justice Summit (2013 - 2014). Ms. Panosian obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where she majored in Political Science and Rhetoric.
