Hired Attorney Paul Cheng

I contacted Paul P. Cheng for help finalizing a $35,000 settlement, after the plaintiff’s lawyer had already agreed to settle. Instead of assisting with the agreement, I was advised to pursue litigation, which led to legal fees over $60,000 and little progress. When I changed attorneys, my case was settled in about one month for the original $36000 amount. This shows the lawsuit and high fees were unnecessary. I have all documentation and have filed a BBB complaint. I will update this review if the matter is resolved fairly.
