I hired John Doyle for civil litigation purposes. I can truly say that he was the absolute BEST, most thorough attorney I have ever used!!!! I would highly recommend Mr. Doyle to anyone in need of a civil litigation attorney. There are really no words to express my sincere gratitude for how he successfully defended me against multiple lawsuits, filed by my ex-husband’s business associates. I went through a horrible break up and divorce with my now, ex-husband. My ex went to jail for felony spousal abuse and was on the war path against me because of it. He wanted revenge at any cost and had unlimited capital and resources to carry it out. I was a stay-at-home mom with two small children. My ex. used the court system to constantly harass me. He sued me over and over from 1997 to 2013 over every issue imaginable. He enlisted two of his business associates to sue me as well. There were always multiple lawsuits and court proceedings going on at the same time, all needing different types of attorneys family law attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, District Attorneys, and John Doyle for the multiple civil litigation lawsuits. It was a scary, stressful and overwhelming situation. (Felt like David and Goliath)!
John Doyle was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced! But even better, he aggressively defended me and performed brilliantly where it mattered most. in the court room against the other attorneys, in depositions, in document work, and in front of the judge! Mr. Doyle wasn’t intimidated by the other side and he didn’t back down. He wasn’t whimpy, passive, or lazy! Other attorneys I hired, though knowledgeable, sometimes caved under pressure, didn’t do everything they were supposed to do and/or they were intimidated by the powerful attorneys on the other side and didn’t return my phone calls, etc.. John Doyle’s tough defense defeated these business partners in court over and over and got others to drop the matter entirelyafter Mr. Doyle’s grilling depositions left them no choice. He fought so hard for me! He was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question or concern. Mr. Doyle was very honest and straight forwarda man of great character! I am eternally grateful for everything John Doyle was able to accomplish for me. He’s the best of the best without a doubt!
