Mr. Samulon handled my Fathers (who had Alzheimer Disease) Divorce. After 4 years the divorce settled 10/1/11. Mrs. Palmer refused to sign the PERS settlement. Even thought my Father was ill, Mr. Samulon canceled the court date for the Judge to sign the PERS papers. My Father died 3/3/11 and now his estate has to be probated. I am losing $1,200 a mo income since April and still not settled. Mr. Samulon would not go to court even after my Father has HOSPICE.
