Lost everything I ended up homeless; without any support; When the retainer was gone I was asked to pay another 10,000 before a Friday while aware I had no money ; the attorney did file a substitution and charged me over $2000 for it ; $ 25,000 was the request; less than 2 months
I was assigned to an associate attorney who was both incompetent and disrespectful. Instead of listening to my concerns and providing a simple apology, Mr. Schweitzer defended his attorney, never returned my phone calls or emails regarding this issue, and I left this experience feeling extremely dissatisfied with the way he runs his business. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
