About Christopher Miller

Christopher Miller is the founding attorney of The Miller Law Firm. He founded the firm based on the principles that everyone deserves compassionate counsel and aggressive representation. The firm focuses on criminal defense, ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies, and also has a thriving personal injury practice.

Christopher’s passion for criminal defense began at the young age of 8 when his father spoke to him of the racial injustice he faced as a young man growing up in West Philadelphia. It is this passion that drove Christopher to focus his practice on criminal defense, so that he could protect the rights of the vulnerable to ensure all are treated justly and equally under the law.

He attended the University of Southern California, graduating with a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Law and Society. While at USC, his studies emphasized the areas of criminology and the psychology of wrongful convictions and prosecutorial misconduct.

After graduating from USC, Chris attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Chris demonstrated his prowess in criminal defense by achieving the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence after receiving the highest grade in Criminal Procedure. He also received the Cali Award for highest grade in his Civil Torts course.

Christopher immersed himself in the field of criminal defense, taking advanced criminal law courses. He also externed with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s office where he experienced firsthand the vulnerabilities clients face when being accused of a crime. These experiences solidified his passion for fighting for and defending his clients against mistreatment by the police, prosecutors, and courts.

Shortly after graduating law school Christopher opened his own practice where he could provide legal counsel to those in need. He understands the frustration and fear that goes along with being charged with a crime, and has developed an extensive criminal practice that offers compassionate counsel and aggressive representation to every one of his clients.

Chris differentiates himself from other attorneys by providing attentive service, aimed at achieving the goals of each of his clients. The results speak for themselves, as Chris has obtained a number of awards for his results-oriented approach to the law, and stellar reviews from his clients.
