Brian I. Vogel has dedicated his legal career to advocating for employees and ensuring workplace fairness. He earned his philosophy degree from Emory University in 1982 and his law degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1986. A licensed California attorney since 1987, Brian has concentrated his practice on labor and employment law since 2004, bringing decades of experience to every case. With 37 years in practice, Brian has litigated hundreds of cases, handled over 1,000 depositions, and appeared in court more than 1,000 times. He has also represented clients in numerous mediations, arbitration hearings, and jury trials. As a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Brian is deeply committed to protecting workers' rights.
