Hired Attorney

We hired Angela to work on out mom's estate. We paid a retainer. They she was to contact the IRS and research an estate tax issue. Her firm made an error in typing in the social security number of my mother. Probably the most important thing you can send to the IRS for tax return issue. Next, she does not respond to email. You have to call to follow up and they you get voicemail. We have made no progress in about a year on our issue and our mother is getting older and older (over age 85). Our entire family is very upset and frustrated at the last of response and what seems like delay tactics. I worked 25+ years in financial services and never met an attorney that doesn't respond to client emails and moves this slow, and I worked with many attorneys.
