Hired Attorney

I had a terrible experience with Donna Zerbo. We hired her to take care of a matter, provided her all of the details only to have her pawn us off to an associate due to another matter. In turn, we lost money due to her negligence. Do not do business with her.

Donna Zerbo is an expert at providing excuse after excuse to avoid meeting her financial obligations. At the same time she was a business partner, she also acted as the corporate attorney in an adversarial manner which as a lay person appears to be a confilict of interest. Be aware and I suggest you stay far away from this individaul.

Donna Marie Zerbo is a fraud. She sold us fake stock and walked away with $100,000.00. She hasn't bothered to renew her law license and is in fact suspended. Do not hire her.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
