About William R. Arant

Will Arant has a broad background in real estate and bankruptcy law as well as general civil litigation. Prior to starting his own practice, Will began his career with a large downtown firm where he focused on real estate and bankruptcy law and related litigation. Will represents both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and regularly appears in both state and federal bankruptcy court. From routine cases to multi-million dollar restructuring for businesses and individuals, Will has represented individuals, businesses and investors in bankruptcy, real estate, litigation and personal injury.

Will has been a member of Rotary International, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Liberty Day project as well as regularly volunteering at his church and children’s schools.

In his free time, Will loves to spend time with his family and enjoy all of Colorado’s outdoors activities including skiing, golfing and camping.
