David Rolfe is an excellent attorney. His knowledge of the law is excellent. His office staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
It is my opinion after a 2-year complex divorce case, that David is not a competent attorney in the practice of family law. Errors were made and deadlines were missed. For the entire case, he was the captain of the ship, and I was left on the beach. David did not take my suggestions and did not first get my approval before making major (costly) decisions. He gave me incorrect and misleading info. Staff was never helpful, and there was no competent legal assistance available for general Qs.
