For more than a year I've been trying to get John to send me copies (2012-2013) of my French & US tax returns. He says he will do this, but doesn't follow through. He refuses to answer my emails & phone calls.

John Fredenberger runs a terrible business. A warning to all. He and his staff are impossible to reach, very difficult to get return calls or emails. You have to visit his office to get some attention, IF anyone is there. In our case, we submitted $40,000 plus of deductible expenses only to find out that he used the standard deduction. He charged $4,000 to do these taxes. We had another tax firm re-submit a revised tax for that year and obtained a $7500 plus tax refund. What a crock.
