Nathan and Craig worked hard to obtain the results I had expected and hoped for. As a result, we were able to arbitrate the case without a costly trial for a reasonable settlement. I'd hire them again if ever needed.

Hired Attorney Craig L. Cook

His office in Ozark, Ar is very disrespectful and hateful. Very hard to communicate what is going on to your attorney as the attorney never returns phone calls. They even belittle you and make you think you are a private in military basic training belittling you.

This firms sucks and lacks customer service skills. I would give them a zero if I could. This firm has a commercial that advertises that this firm works for the client not the corporation. Not the case! Idk how the Ozark and Paris offices are but the Fort Smith office sucks. I'm sorry very discouraging lawyers and representation.
