He is an outstanding person and lawyer. He has the highest possible recommendation and is very responsive and does an excellent job. He is fair minded, honest and very smart and knowledgeable about the law and life in general. You will not find a better lawyer or person. I give him an A++ as an attorney and highly recommend him.

I had a simple civil matter to file to amend an error on a relative’s birth certificate. When I was asked to review the filing before Kevin submitted, there were 4 name misspellings! Two were for me, in the same paragraph. This filing was about correcting misspellings! Inexcusable. Luckily I caught them. After the filing, things seemed to go ok, until now. Kevin said he was completing the last filing steps and I’d have what I need in a couple of days, which then allows me to get the certificate amended with the state. To date, Kevin hasn’t completed the last filing. And when I contact his office they know nothing about the filing and “can’t reach Kevin presently”. I finally called, losing my patience. This does not seem to concern anyone that Kevin was adamant he’d complete this days ago. Further, the office staff is horridly inefficient. I’ve never seen this bad of a legal staff who was disorganized, lost files, etc (witnessed first hand while waiting). Do not use!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
