I hired Strasser & Law to deal with a situation with a car dealer in NJ after my car was lost in the IDA flood through my legal insurance. The attorney Max Rich initially was responsive and took the case. I explained the issue to him and that my car was in a flood while at the dealer’s workshop. He suggested a good defense strategy as he identified that the dealer’s workshop was in a flood zone. However, all he did was to send one letter to the dealer explaining the claim. When they got back with a letter threatening retaliating action he almost backed off and took no action. He recommended me going to Google and posting a public review about the dealer. It seemed he was more interested about getting paid than actually getting the case won. Since this claim was originated from legal insurance he didn’t think this was worth his time. It was a complete waste of time for me. I could have dealt directly with the dealer and achieved the same I did with this company. Never again
