Asadurian has concentrated his practice in the areas of land use and real estate development, zoning, complex civil and commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Asadurian has represented shopping malls, a national retail pharmacy chain, telecommunications companies, national developers, and national grocers. He also has extensive experience in public entity representation and served as attorney for the Borough of Maywood Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment, City of Passaic Redevelopment Agency, City of Passaic Alcoholic Beverage Control Prosecutor, City of Hackensack Housing Authority, and Borough of Ridgefield Municipal Prosecutor.
In his course of representation, Mr. Asadurian has successfully tried cases in the Law Division, Chancery Division, Office of Administrative Law, and the municipal courts of this State. He has also argued before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Asadurian earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College Law Center and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
