Mr. Di Stefano is a certified civil trial lawyer and a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of practice experience relating to private and public employment, discrimination, state and federal civil rights claims, commercial litigation, consumer fraud defense, community associations, professional malpractice, and claims against public entities. In regard to his public entity practice, Mr. Di Stefano has a particular concentration on trial advocacy, becoming certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has also litigated cases arising under the state Tort Claim, Civil Rights and Conscientious Employee Protection acts and the Law Against Discrimination and 1983.

Alessandro has a degree in music performance and education from Berklee College of Music in Boston, plays jazz guitar, and speaks fluent Italian.
