I was struck head on by person making left turn without clearance. I was doing the speed limit as noted on police report by officer in car behind me. I could prove using NHTSB video it would not be possible to have been traveling the speed the other driver claims or all in my vehicle would be dead based on crash test info, the 3 of us in my vehicle walked away and drove to the ER for x-rays & tests. Other driver had 5 prev. wrecks and atty only got ER charges and 1/2 blu-bk of my vehicle.
