I contacted Attorney Brad Broadaway as an out of state client. Both of my parents had passed less than a year apart so I was in need of estate intervention. I received his professional help and was kept informed throughout the difficult process. I am satisfied with his representation on my behalf.
Brad seems like a really good attorney, but speaking to him in his office (outside of the court room) is really difficult. I know he's a very busy man, but he just seemed uninterested in really getting to know our problem and trying to find the solution. The case we had came out fine, but he was really disconnected from my husband and myself. He's a good lawyer but his client interaction may need some work--along w/ a reduction in fees ($75 each visit plus retainer).
DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. HE IS A THEIF! This man just stole my money. I had hired him for an out-of-state conviction, I had informed him that I was not from Arkansas and I was not sure which county my ticket was in. He assured me he would find out. I retained him for $1,000.00. He then told me the county was out of his jurisdiction and that he would NOT be refunding me the money. This man is a CROOK. It's so sad that in these days, there is no one in the legal system on your side.
