Keith P. DiFabio joined the law firm of Platt, DiGiorgio and DiFabio in 2016. Mr. DiFabio graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015. He was the Lenard Sigal Memorial Award recipient, which is awarded to those who demonstrate excellence in criminal studies.
Mr. DiFabio primarily focuses his practice on criminal law. He has successfully represented numerous clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County. He has written various briefs and memorandums resulting in the suppression of physical evidence obtained illegally, and the dismissal of criminal charges.
Mr. DiFabio has also successfully represented clients in defending and prosecuting protection from abuse orders. Mr. DiFabio is a court-appointed guardian ad-litem in Chester County, representing youth in juvenile dependency court. He also routinely represents parents in juvenile dependency court. Additionally, he actively represents minors who are charged with crimes in juvenile delinquency court.
